Introducing “vera” – A custom Camper VW T6.1

We had the absolute pleasure of working with a lovely couple on this stunning bespoke build — meet Vera, a beautiful VW T6.1 in Indium Grey that’s been treated to the full Grizzly Customs experience.

This one had the works — starting with a Westdubs pop-top featuring an upgraded canvas, full carpet lining, sound deadening, and insulation throughout for ultimate comfort and warmth. We finished things off with a natural Altro floor, perfectly complementing the sage green cabinets, oak worktop, and matching tambour door for a timeless, modern look.

We decided to ditch the curtains and go for Vanshades all around, which really elevate the interior and give the van a premium, clean finish. Inside, it’s gas-free and future-forward with a sleek induction hob, integrated fridge, and sink setup — practical, efficient, and stylish.

To top it all off, we added LED lighting along the roof, a reading light, USB points, and bespoke shelving for those little adventure essentials. The rock and roll bed features a drawer system with a matching cabinet front for that seamless, built-in look.

Vera didn’t hang around for long — she’s already been driven across the Channel for a three-week European road trip, soaking up the sunshine and showing off her new look. 🌍💨
