Introducing “Olive” – One of our own. A true Grizzly favourite.

Meet Olive, one of our very own Grizzly Customs Vans bespoke VW T6.1 builds — and without doubt a personal favourite of ours. The black and green colour combination just works beautifully, striking the perfect balance between bold styling and timeless class.

Up top, Olive is fitted with a Westdubs pop-top, finished with a Forest Green canvas, paired with a laminated bed board to create a comfortable and practical sleeping space with bags of character.

On the outside, the details really set Olive apart. She sits proudly on Wolfrace Slotmags, colour-matched to complement the build and finished off with a gloss front-end styling kit for that extra road presence. We opted for one flush slider window alongside a safari window on the driver’s side, with windows all round, all finished with Vanshades to give that clean, smart and cohesive finish.

Inside, comfort and style go hand in hand. The rock and roll bed, upholstered in rich tobacco brown, adds warmth and character to the interior, complemented perfectly by the upgraded wingback driver’s seat. The passenger seat is mounted on a swivel base, instantly opening up the living space when parked up.

The cabinetry continues the theme of natural textures and quality craftsmanship, featuring an oak tambour door matched to a solid oak worktop, with additional open shelving for both practicality and a subtle design touch.

Olive comes fully equipped for adventure with a complete electrical system, including an induction hob, USB charging points, and carefully positioned lighting throughout. A diesel heater keeps things warm and cosy on those colder nights, while a roof-mounted solar panel ensures you stay powered up wherever your journey takes you.

Olive is everything we love about custom van builds — bold design choices, thoughtful layouts, and the perfect mix of function and style. A true reflection of what a Grizzly bespoke conversion can be. 🐻🚐
