The 10A charge controller supplied in the kit protects the battery from being overcharged and to prevent reverse current drain.
All our charge controllers are capable of charging 12V and 24V batteries.
Upgrading to one of our MPPT charge controllers increases solar yield by up to 20% over a standard charge controller by artificially modifying the voltage from the solar panel system to actively match any battery's requirements. This means that whatever the weather conditions your panels will deliver maximum power with minimum electrical loss.
Our MPPT charge controllers come with free-to-download Bluetooth app (Apple and Android) to display how the solar system is performing. The app software links your smartphone to the controller and shows performance figures for the leisure battery, or batteries.
Underside cable exit delivers flush fit
The cable of the 110W MHD flexi panel exits the panel from the underside allowing for a completely flush fit to your roof or decking. the remote shading diode box supplied in the kit ensures consistent performance even in partially shady conditions.
Easy fix
The flexi range can be bonded to flat or slight curved surfaces (3cm curve per metre) such as painted aluminium, metal, GRP and fibreglass using Simson ISR 70-03.
Installation method
Please only use the glue pattern below for land based vehicles (this is covered in more detail in the instructions), which ensures air flow under the panel is achieved preventing heat build-up and potential warping under extreme heat.

This PV Logic MHD Flexi panel comes with a 4-year warranty. To ensure your MHD Flexi panel stays in top condition and the warranty remains valid, please avoid walking on it.
The PV Logic MHD Flexi range of panels are NOT highly flexible. They are designed to fit flush to a surface with a curve of no greater than 3 degrees or 3cm per 1m panel length. Therefore, when handling the panel during delivery, storage and prior to installation please be very careful not to allow the panel to bend.
Once installed, the panel is extremely tough and resilient but before the panel is fitted it is vulnerable to solar cell breakage if the panel bends excessively. Therefore, we recommend using two people to handle the panel and box at all times prior to, and during, installation. Failure to follow this guidance will invalidate the warranty.
